According to a recently submitted permit application, Arizona-based brunch concept Hash Kitchen is expanding its San Antonio footprint.

Coming to 5534 N 1604 W Landmark Parkway, the eatery will land near establishments such as iFLY Indoor Skydiving, Kerbey Lane Cafe, and Velvet Taco.

The job is described as the “remodel of existing building space,” slated to begin on May 1 and finish on September 1, which will cost an estimated $750,000 to complete.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Hash Kitchen, the concept describes itself as “a creative a.m. eatery with a DJ, glitter mimosas, AZ’s largest Build-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar and over-the-top exciting menu items that yield a social dining experience” — and is backed by Utah-based private equity fund Savory Fund.

On the menu, patrons can expect to find “cereal French toast, giant breakfast sandwiches, creative craft cocktails, and bold savory dishes, among other items.”

An opening date has not yet been announced, so stay tuned for updates.
