“Serving up the best Texas-Style Iced Tea since 2009,” Midland-based beverage chain HTeaO is expanding in San Antonio — planning to open a new shop in the city’s Far West Side, according to a recently submitted construction permit application.

Coming to the intersection of Culebra and Talley Road, the outpost will land near establishments such as Anytime Fitness, Dunkin’ Donuts, and McDonald’s.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Franchisee Travis Davis to inquire about the upcoming outpost, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Construction of the drive-thru fast-casual facility is scheduled to begin on November 1 and to be completed by January 31. For an estimated $750,000, the 1,986-square-foot space will be built by Dallas-based firm Avant Design Group, Inc.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow HTeaO on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
