Johnny Rockets is expanding in Texas — planning to bring 20 franchise locations to the state within the next ten years, according to QSR Magazine.
Behind the expansion is franchisee Brame Holdings, LLC — a group that already owns and manages numerous food and beverage operations across the state, including Beans and Brews Coffeehouse, Fatburger, and Round Table Pizza.
Taylor Wiederhorn, Chief Development Officer of FAT Brands, tells the journal, “They are quickly developing many Fatburger and Buffalo’s Express locations in addition to Round Table Pizza locations which is part of an 80-store development deal for the state, the first of these stores are set to open soon in San Antonio.”
He adds, “We are thrilled to extend our relationship with an experienced operator like Brame Holdings LLC, driving further domestic growth in Texas for another beloved, iconic brand of ours, Johnny Rockets.”
What Now San Antonio reached out to Brame Holdings, LLC Officer Michael Bravo — an entrepreneur with over 18 years of experience in the telecommunication industry, real estate development, automotive repair, auto dealership, and the restaurant business — but he could not provide additional information before publication.
For readers unfamiliar with the chain, Johnny Rockets was founded in Los Angeles in 2016 and has since developed an international presence. The concept is known for its burgers, shakes, and fries.
