A recent permit filing shows a new location for Little Caesars has been approved to start construction at Loop 410 and Roosevelt Avenue in San Antonio this July.

The construction timeline on the permit indicates that the store may open in July of 2024, pending a speedy build-out. However, an exact grand opening has not yet been determined due to being in the early stages of the process.

This location of Little Caesars will be operated by franchisee John Hotchkiss, who also operates a number of San Antonio locations of Dave’s Hot Chicken with his brother, Jason Hotchkiss.

Little Caesars currently operates over 500 locations in the state of Texas and around 4,000 worldwide. The brand was formed in 1954 when founders Mike and Marian Ilitch opened the first Little Caesars in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan.

It’s expected that the new location of Little Caesars coming to Roosevelt Ave will offer a variety of fan-favorite items, such as its $5 hot-and-ready pizzas, crazy bread, and Caesar chicken wings.

What Now San Antonio did not immediately hear back from John Hotchkiss for comment.
