Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality plans to relocate its concept Little Em’s Oyster Bar — currently situated at 1001 S. Alamo Street — to 1024 S Alamo Street, where it will take over the former Up Scale space, another of the hospitality group’s eateries.

“The Carpenters intend to keep Little Em’s pricing the same, add a full cocktail menu, and paint the slate-blue building white, adding white oak flooring, accents of maritime blue and… touches of pink,” shares San Antonio Express News.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Carpenter Carpenter Hospitality, the restaurant group was founded by Houston and his wife Em Carpenter, and operates local restaurants such as Go Fish Wine Bar, Ninetwwn Hyaku, and Restaurant Claudine.

A reopening date for Little Em’s hasn’t been announced yet, so follow the eatery on Facebook for updates.
