Lulu’s Coffee y Tacos, New Dining Concept, to hit New Braunfels Next Year

Lulu's Coffee y Tacos will open under the helm of HiBar Hospitality Group Vice President of Finance, Adriana Bourgeois.

Lulu’s Coffee y Tacos has it all in the name, and it’s bringing all of that goodness and more to the Greater San Antonio community next Spring. The new eatery is expected to open at 1847 W Hwy 46 Unit A. A recently filed permit details the location and construction of Lulu’s Coffee y Tacos, which is expected to start in January and wrap up by the end of March 2026.

Behind the new culinary option is someone who is well-versed in the hospitality and food and beverage realm, Adriana Bourgeois. Bourgeois is the Vice President of Finance for both the Hibar Hospitality Group and the Hopdoddy Burger Bar. Hibar owns both Hopdoddy Burger Bar and Grub Burger Bar, where Bourgeois also served as the Vice President of Finance.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Bourgeois for further details about Lulu’s Coffee y Tacos opening soon in Comal County. Burgeois confirmed that the new restaurant is expected to open in Spring 2026.

Further details about the new concept, including the website, are still being worked out, but one thing is for sure: Lulu’s Coffee y Tacos will indeed serve coffee and tacos. What will come with the hot drinks and delicious eats shall be divulged soon.
