Mexican Restaurant Chain Casa Garcia Is Expanding in New Braunfels

The eatery is coming to Suite A at 1050 FM 360 Building B.

Well-known Mexican restaurant chain Casa Garcia is planning to open a new location in New Braunfels — coming to Suite A at 1050 FM 360 Building B, according to a recent a recent permit application.

What Now San Antonio contacted Casa Garcia’s CEO, Jay Garcia, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication. 

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight. 

Renovations to the existing 4,000-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on December 15 and to be completed in March 2024, costing an estimated $736,471 in total — and designer Omar Garcia of Austin is tasked with carrying out the project.

For readers unfamiliar with the concept, Casa Garcia is known for its Mexican breakfast, lunch, and dinner specials, including nachos, chile con queso, quesadillas, tamales, fajitas, tacos, enchiladas, burritos, and soups and salads.

This will mark the seventh Casa Garcia restaurant.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow the eatery on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
