Mexico Ceaty is the sixth food concept to come from local restaurateur Jason Dady. According to The Current, Dady is opening Mexico Ceaty at San Antonio’s Shops at Rivercenter at  159 Dolorosa.

Dady confirmed with What Now San Antonio that the plan is to open the new concept in the first week of April.

“Come down and dive into a culinary immersion and share our love and passion of Mexico,” Dady said via email.
The new concept has been in the works for Dady for more than a decade now.
“I wrote this down almost 15 years ago as a pipe dream,” the widely recognized chef and entrepreneur said.
Chef Dady is known for multiple beloved Alamo City culinary concepts, including Trattoira, the award-winning Texas pit-smoke BBQ eatery, Two Bros BBQ MarketRange, and Tre Pizzeria in Borne.
“The most important things I have learned are to be genuine, to live with passion, to cook with finesse, and to give my guests the best of everything I am every single time,” the Chef Jason Dady website reads.
Mexico Ceaty is part of the immersive experience Chef Dady is bringing to the San Antonio Riverwalk.
“No passport needed,” the Mexico Ceaty website reads.
“Drink, shop, and enjoy the vibrant flavors, captivating aromas, and live music that will make you feel like you’re on the streets of Mexico.”
The new concept will showcase the best of authentic Mexican cusine including everything from conachas to street tacos.
“All encompassing of the magical cuisine of Mexico,” Chef Dady said.
“Everything from Conchas, Street Taco, Trompo al Pastor, Baja Burritos, SATX Puffy Tacos, Ceviches, and of course fresh corn/flour tortillas.  We cover many different states and try really hard to showcase the complexity and diversity of the foods all over Mexico.”
Chef Dady draws from personal experience when crafting the menus he plans to share with his community.
“The Panaderia is going to be amazing,” Chef Dady said.
“I grew up loving Tex-Mex fajitas, and I’m obsessed with Chile,s so our Salsa Macha is fantastic.  But if I had to nail it down, nothing can beat a fresh-fried churro.”
To the excitement of many, this opening is just around the corner.
“Come down and dive into a culinary immersion and share our love and passion of Mexico.  It’s a truly game-changing concept and one I am certain San Antonio is going to LOVE,” Chef Jason Dady said.
