According to a recently submitted alcohol license application, a new concept listed as Bella’s Spot is preparing to open in Martinez.
Coming to 512 Center Avenue, taking over a space formerly home to Pasta Bella Ristorante — a family-owned, authentic Italian restaurant founded in 2003 that permanently closed earlier this year — the eatery will land near establishments such as the Mexican fare restaurant Cinco de Mayo, JP’s Bistro, and Round Table Pizza.
What Now San Francisco spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, Gurnam Singh, who shared that Bella’s Spot plans to open in September; however, he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, per the filing, a selection of beer and wine will be offered at the restaurant.
