Coming to 10907 Culebra Road, Suite 120, the eatery will land near establishments such as In-N-Out Burger, Mama Margies Mexican Restaurant, and Tacos Vitali.

The concept’s owner, Sam Ali, tells What Now San Antonio, “We are a Yemeni coffee shop that began in Dearborn, MI and now have over 25 locations across the country.”

Additionally, the filing reveals that renovations to the 1,800-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on April 15 and finish on May 1. For an estimated $250,000, the project will be carried out by the Flower Mound-based firm Pistil Consortia.
