According to a recently submitted permit application, a new restaurant named Meet Me Outside is gearing up to debut in Boerne.
Coming to 109 Waterview Parkway, the eatery will land near establishments such as Las Palapas, Pure Country BBQ & Grill, and Raising Cane’s.
The Culinary Director at Hooper Hospitality, Jacob Williamson, tells What Now San Antonio, “We’ll have some composed dishes, but we’ll also have burgers, sandwiches, and steak will probably be on the menu.” A large selection of Texas-brewed craft beer will be offered as well.
In addition to an indoor dining room, the restaurant will offer an outdoor patio with room for a couple hundred seats and a bar.
The filing reveals that construction of the 1,960-square-foot restaurant will begin on April 1 and finish on September 30, 2025. Fort Worth-based firm Jaw Architects, Inc. will carry out the project for an estimated $1,000,000.
Meet Me Outside is slated to open at the beginning of summer.
