According to a recently submitted permit application, JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa plans to introduce a new dining concept, Pie Peddler.
The resort, located at 23808 Resort Parkway, presently offers guests a steakhouse, 18 Oaks, Tex-Mex restaurant Cibolo Moon, and High Velocity sports bar.
What Now San Antonio contacted JW Marriott to inquire about the upcoming addition, but a representative could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing shares that the remodel of the 500-square-foot kitchen is scheduled to begin on January 2, 2024, and to be completed on May 1. For an estimated $530,000, the project will be carried out by local firm RVK Architecture, Inc.
Additionally, the document states that Pie Peddler will serve pizza.
