According to a recently submitted permit application, a new, yet-to-be-named dining concept is readying to open in San Antonio.

Coming to 5203 Fredericksburg Road, taking over a spot formerly home to Beijing Express, the eatery will land near establishments such as Amen Cafe Eritrean And Ethiopian Restaurant, Madurai Mes – Authentic Indian Cuisine, and Thai House 2 Restaurant.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the contact listed for the restaurant, Sonny Giang, to inquire about his plans for the upcoming spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight, revealing that the finish-out of the 2,819-square-foot space is slated to begin on July 28 and finish on November 28. For an estimated $197,284, the project will be managed by the local firm Integrated Studio LLC.

An opening date has not been announced yet. Stay tuned for updates.
