According to a recently submitted permit application, a new eatery listed as Castlehill Restaurant is gearing up to open in San Antonio.
Coming to 5138 UTSA Boulevard, taking over Suite 101 & 102, the restaurant will land near establishments such as Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Chicken & Pickle, and Taco Palenque.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner to inquire about his plans for the spot, but he could not provide additional information before publication, sharing that he’s “not quite ready to announce it yet.”
Nevertheless, the filing reveals that renovations to the 4,693-square-foot space, which include adding a full bar, are scheduled to begin on January 20 and finish on April 18, 2025, and will cost an estimated $110,000 to complete.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
