Tandoor Palace — a “relaxed spot serving North Indian fare, tandoori dishes, and vegetarian and meat entrees in homey digs” in Northwest San Antonio — is relocating, according to a recently submitted permit application.

Moving to 9002 Wurzbach Road, just down the street from its current space at 8783 Wurzbach Road, the eatery will land near establishments such as Baba Wali, Noor Grocery, and Tommy’s.

The concept’s co-owner, Sukhwinder Singh, tells What Now San Antonio that Tandoor Palace is leaving its existing address due to the property’s acquisition by a new owner.

While the restaurant’s location is changing, Singh shares that the menu and hours will remain the same — meaning “a variety of Indian cuisine including chili naan, shrimp biryani, and butter chicken” will be available to locals from 11 am to 8 pm, seven days a week, drawing from the business’s website.

Tandoor Palace will debut at its new home in October. Stay tuned for updates.
