According to a construction permit application submitted late last year, the fast-casual burger joint chain P. Terry’s is planning to open a new outpost in northeast San Antonio — currently building a burger stand at 3302 Broadway Avenue, near Viet-Nam Restaurant, Whataburger, and W D Deli & Bakery.
What Now San Antonio was unable to reach a representative before the time of publication, but the filing provides some insight into what’s to come.
It details that the construction of the 2,785-square-foot eatery commenced in January of this year and is set to finish in October. Costing an estimated $1,200,000 in total to complete, the project will be carried out by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture.
For readers who are unfamiliar with the concept, the burger business’s website offers an introduction, sharing “P. Terry’s offers the freshest quality ingredients you can find served out of a drive-thru window. We’re where fresh, all-natural, beef and chicken became staple items.”
The eatery’s menu includes burgers, veggie burgers, fries “made from all-natural potatoes,” cookies, banana bread, fresh-squeezed orange juice and lemonade, and milkshakes.
An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow P. Terry’s on Facebook and Instagram for additional updates.
