According to public records, Katy-based concept Palinuro Italian Cuisine plans to open a new restaurant in Fredericksburg.

Coming to 206 N. Milam Street — taking over the 2,500-square-foot Suite H — the eatery will land near establishments such as Austin 412 Luxury Guest House, Fresh Pickens Market, and NobiliTea.

What Now San Antonio contacted Palinuro’s co-owner, Kay Stabile, to inquire about the expansion, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Described as “interior tenant improvement for a restaurant,” construction began back in October of 2022 and was completed in late February 2023. The work was carried out by local firm Mustard Design Architects for an estimated $500,000.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow the eatery on Facebook and Instagram for updates.
