Pan Dulce is a new culinary concept set to hit San Antonio any day now. According to a recent state filing, the new sweet and savory shop is expected to open in TPC Town Plaza II at 4250 TPC Pkwy, Suite 101, before the end of Summer 2026.
Construction on the second installation of the Brame Brands concept is expected to start at the beginning of the year and is slated to wrap up in July 2026. The 3,000 square foot eatery is estimated to cost a whopping $225,000 to construct.
The second Pan Dulce to come from the Brame Brands group comes after Vice President of Operations, Brad Peak, spilled the details with What Now San Antonio about both the first and second Pan Dulce locations to come to the San Antonio community next year.
“We’re going to have a lot of traditional and classic Mexican dishes, but we’re going to kind of elevate ‘em to a more modern look,” Peak shared back in October.
Peak confirmed that the first Pan Dulce, set to open at the Redland Plaza, will open doors in March of 2026 and shared that Pan Dulce’s Redland inauguration will be the beginning of what may set out to be a chain of specialized old-school Mexican bakeries and restaurants.
Peak shared that he and the President and CEO of Brame Brands, Michael Bravo, intend to open a second Pan Dulce at TPC Parkway by the JW Marriott in April of next year. But according to the permit, the TPC Parkway Pan Dulce will likely open a bit later in the year.
