The popular pizzeria and taphouse is bringing another location to San Antonio in the new year. Parry’s Pizza has announced a location coming to Shertz at 18238 I-35 North, Suite 107 with an opening timeline for summer 2024, though an exact grand opening date is forthcoming.

The New York-style restaurant already has 12 locations in the Lone Star state, with plans to expand further. Another site in the Encino Park/Stone Oak area is slated to open in the spring, as previously reported by What Now San Antonio.

Permits indicate the new location will feature an outdoor patio and 5,931 square feet of space, with construction valued at $1.1 million to begin in February.

Parry’s Pizza is a Colorado-born brand with roots in New York, where it originally got its inspiration to provide authentic and high-quality pizza, chicken wings, and calzones back in 2007. The brand has only been expanding outside of Colorado since 2020 and doesn’t plan on slowing down anytime soon.

Known for also being a craft beer lover’s dream, Parry’s Pizza offers between 70 and 100 brews on tap at every location. The ambiance is geared toward transporting the customer to a modern city vibe with its specific decor.

“All of our stores are built with a unique, industrial New York warehouse feel, complemented with inviting textiles and fixtures that allow you to feel even closer to the city that never sleeps,” its website adds. Customers can stay tuned for additional updates on the Parry’s Pizza website, Instagram, and Facebook pages.
