According to a recently submitted permit application, Pete’s Eats — “a throwback to a ’50’s classic dinner at Six Flags Fiesta Texas (located at 17000 IH 10 West in San Antonio) — will soon undergo renovations.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the Director of Operations at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Joshua Parisher, to inquire about the project, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, according to the filing, the interior remodel of the 6,714-square-foot spot is scheduled to begin on January 7, 2025, and finish on March 7. For an estimated $300,000, the project will be carried out by local firm Sol Studio Architects, LLC.

A reopening date has not been announced yet. Follow Six Flags Fiesta Texas on Facebook for updates.
