Magnolia Pancake Haus opened its first location in the Embassy Oaks area of San Antonio in 2000. Over the following years, it grew into a local breakfast staple. In 2012, a second location opened on Huebner Road, and in 2023, the original Embassy Oaks site relocated to North Loop 1604.
