According to a recent Instagram post, Richie’s Hot Chicken is debuting a brick-and-mortar restaurant in San Antonio.

“We are so blessed to announce the brick-and-mortar location of Richie’s Hot Chicken in San Antonio! Thank you everyone who has showed love and support! We can’t wait to see everyone visit the new spot,” the announcement reads.

Coming to the Huebner Oaks shopping center at 11745 I-10, the concept will land near eateries such as Fire Wok, la Madeleine, and Marble Slab Creamery.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Richie’s Hot Chicken, the concept currently operates a food truck at 8701 FM 1560 and specializes in Nashville-style fried chicken.

On the menu are combos such as the Rich special — made up of two fried chicken sandwiches on French rolls, topped with secret sauce, slaw, and pickles and served alongside fries — as well as chicken tenders and a “fried chicken burrito.”

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
