New Braunfels-based drive-thru chain Roc N Ritas is planning to expand in San Antonio, “preparing to open two more locations in the 210” according to a recent report by MySA.

The first will land at 5726 Babcock Road — near establishments such as Pizza Hut and Tia’s Taco Hut — and the second at 2864 Thousand Oaks Drive, not far from Dashi Chinese Kitchen + Bar.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the business, Roc N Ritas is best known for its selection of margaritas, ranging from a red wine-infused Sangarita to a strawberry, chamoy, and tajin-flavored option called The Doo-Wop. Additionally, the business offers specialty cocktails, beer, and wine.

What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Remington Henry, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

According to a post on the Roc N Ritas Facebook page, both of the locations are scheduled to open before summer. Stay tuned for updates.
