Round Table Pizza, a national pizza chain known for “time-honored recipes, hand-rolled dough, homemade tomato sauce, and toppings piled to the edge,” is expanding in the San Antonio area.

According to a recent permit application, the franchise is planning to open an outpost at 675 N Business IH 35 in New Braunfels, where it will neighbor establishments such as Fork and Spoon, La Cosecha Mexican Table, and The Honey Baked Ham Company.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Operations Manager Enrique Romero to inquire about the upcoming location, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight — disclosing that construction is slated to begin on November 19 and be finished by February 3. Described as the “partial interior finish out of a new restaurant” in an existing 2,000-square-foot shell building, the project will be carried out by local firm Alpha Terra Engineering Inc. for an estimated $398,000.

Stay tuned for updates.
