National steakhouse chain Saltgrass Steak House is planning to debut its first outpost in New Braunfels, according to public records.
Coming to 744 IH-35 North, the eatery will land near establishments such as Courtyard by Marriot, Fork and Spoon, and La Cosecha Mexican Table.
What Now San Antonio reached out to Ken Pierce, the Divisional Vice President at Saltgrass, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.
Construction of the new 5,923-square-foot building began in August 2023 and is scheduled to be finished on March 1. For an estimated $1,000,000, the project will be carried out by Irving-based firm ID Studio 4.
