According to a recently submitted permit application, Beijing Express Restaurant — located at 5203 Fredricksburg Road in San Antonio, near establishments such as Old Smokehouse, Paul’s Pizza Roma & Pub, and Saucy Birds — plans to undergo renovations.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Sonny Giang, to inquire about the updates, but he could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing discloses that Beijing Express intends to add a total of 871 square feet to the dining, bathroom, and kitchen areas. A local firm listed as Luis S. Faraklas is tasked with carrying out the project for an estimated $250,000.
