According to a recently submitted permit application, San Antonio’s HuHot Mongolian Grill — located at 12710 W Interstate 10, Suite #100, near eateries such as Tardif’s American Brasserie, Texas Roadhouse, and Wingstop — plans to undergo renovations.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Erik Plunkett, Director of Design and Construction, to inquire about the project, but he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Construction — the work will consist of renewing the flooring and wall finishes, removing the bar area, partitioning an adjacent area for staff use, and converting an overflow seating area in the dining room to office space — is slated to begin on October 7 and finish on October 31. For an estimated $200,000, renovations will be carried out but HuHot Mongolian Grill, LLC.

A reopening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
