According to a recently submitted permit application, local bubble tea chain Tealicious Cafe plans to debut a new outpost in Spring Branch.

Coming to 20743 TX-46, the shop will land near establishments such as H-E-B Plus!, Limestone Mexican Grill & Seafood, and Planet Fitness.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Tealicious, the business is known for its tapioca, fresh smoothies, teas, and coffee — with over 150 drink options on its menu, according to the Tealicious Facebook page.

The upcoming spot in Spring Branch will mark its eighth location and its first outside of San Antonio.

What Now San Antonio spoke with the location’s franchisee, Dung Tran, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so follow Tealicious Cafe on Facebook for updates.
