Shotgun House Coffee Roasters recently announced plans for expansion, sharing that its coffee shop at 1333 Buena Vista Street will soon take over a next-door space that formerly belonged to Vista Brewing.
“We’ll be expanding into the suite next door and hope to have the first phase finished by early November. Think more seating, new coffee bar setup, beer on tap, outdoor events, etc,” reads Shotgun House’s post on Instagram.
In addition to increasing its square footage, the coffee shop also plans to update its menu — the caption continues, “Then we’ll be adding a proper pastry program that should be up and running by early December. Think housemade donuts, croissants, focaccia sandwiches, and other savory options on the weekends (pizza?).”
“If you’d like to enjoy the shop in its current and soon-to-be former state, we’re open normal hours and you can still come hang out as usual.”
