According to a recently submitted permit application, Smoothie King is expanding its San Antonio area presence.
Coming to 8223 Marbach Road, Suite 107, the eatery will land near Chick-fil-A, Taco Cabana, and Tropicana Ice Cream.
“We’re right now working on permitting permitting and developing so we probably won’t open until April… We would like to open by March but we’ll have to see what happens with the contractors,” franchisee Efe Adeyi tells What Now San Antonio.
The filing reveals that renovations to the 1,200-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on February 2 and finish on April 1, 2025. The project will be carried out by local firm Harmon Design Group for an estimated $180,000.
