A new Springs Food Market outpost is in the works for San Antonio’s Northwest Side.

Coming to 15698 Chase Hill Boulevard, the store will soon neighbor Monroe May Elementary School, the National School of Martial Arts, and the Oaks at la Cantera apartment complex.

What Now San Antonio reached out to representatives at Brookshire Grocery Company — the market’s parent company, based in Tyler — but they were unable to provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.

Described as a “mercantile interior finish out of an existing white box lease space,” renovations to the 5,513-square-foot unit are scheduled to begin tomorrow, November 30, and to be completed on March 30, 2024. For an estimated $99,000, the project will be carried out by local firm AP Architects.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
