According to the San Antonio Current, St. Anthony Hotel’s high-end restaurant, Rebelle, will soon be replaced by a new dining concept.
The transition follows an ownership change that occurred last December, when Virginia-based company Crescent Hotels & Resorts took over.
“We are enthusiastic about the future and the new opportunities ahead,” Senior Director of Food and Beverage Marketing Cari Hellman tells the Journal.
She continues, “At Crescent Hotels & Resorts, the well-being of our employees, guests, and community is our highest priority. We recognize that transitions bring adjustments, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our staff and guests during this time.”
For readers who are unfamiliar with Crescent Hotels & Resorts, the hospitality development and management company offers creative direction for the development, launch, and operations of hotel and resort restaurants, from design concepts to menus — and its portfolio is comprised of “full-service premium branded hotels within the Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and IHG brands, as well as high-end independent and lifestyle hotels within the Latitudes by Crescent collection,” per its website.
“Our commitment to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all remains unwavering, and we look forward to delivering a positive experience for everyone involved in the near future,” Hellman concludes.
What Now San Francisco reached out to the Food & Beverage Department at Crescent Hotels & Resorts to learn more about their plans for the upcoming restaurant; however, they could not provide additional information before the time of publication.
Located at 300 E Travis Street, the hotel is neighbored by establishments such as La Panaderia Bakery Cafe, The Buckhorn Saloon & Museum, and The Bunker Mixology.
