According to a recently submitted permit application, Starbucks plans to debut a new Starbucks Kiosk Cafe at UTSA.

The filing describes the 1,261-square-foot location at One UTSA Circle in San Antonio as an existing shell space that will need new flooring, finishes, and infrastructure improvements before it opens early next year.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Eva Arroyo, Project Manager for Real Estate & Property Management at UTSA, to inquire about the upcoming coffee shop, but she could not provide additional information before publication.

Nevertheless, public records reveal that the renovations began on May 15 and will be completed on January 31, 2025 — and that local firm Chesney Morales Partners, Inc. will head the project for an estimated $450,000.

An opening date has not been announced yet, so stay tuned for updates.
