According to MySA, Stranded Coffee Club is debuting a brick-and-mortar location in San Antonio’s Lavaca neighborhood.

Coming to 716 South Alamo, the coffee shop will take over a spot formerly home to Casa Margarita, landing near establishments such as Azuca Nuevo Latino, Rosario’s ComidaMex & Bar, and Taqueria Los Cuates.

Co-owner Jorge Codina tells What Now San Antonio, “We are still in the process of getting finalized designs together for the interior but the space will highlight and maintain most of its original charm but upgraded to be functional for us.”

He continues, “We will have plenty of indoor seating as well as an outdoor patio area.”

At the brick-and-mortar spot, locals can expect to find an expanded coffee menu and pre-made food items such as tacos, kolaches, and “maybe some light lunch offerings.”

Stranded Coffee Club on South Alamo is slated to open before the end of the year. Stay tuned for updates.
