Teriyaki Madness, a “fast-casual restaurant concept serving up quality, fresh, healthy, and flavorful Asian food in a high-vibe atmosphere,” has its eyes set on San Antonio.
According to a recently submitted construction permit application, the eatery plans to debut an outpost later this year at 18410 U.S. Highway 281 N, Suite 106, near establishments such as Cake Art and Provisions, Pho Nguyen Restaurant, and the sports bar Tap Rack Social.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the outpost’s franchisee, Daniel Gifford, to inquire about his plans for the spot, but he could not provide additional information before the time of publication.
Nevertheless, the filing reveals that renovations to the existing 1,951-square-foot space are slated to begin on July 7 and to finish on October 1. For an estimated $300,000, the project will be managed by local firm VGA Development.
