According to MySA, Noodles & Dumplings — an El Paso-based Chinese restaurant chain — has held the soft opening of its first San Antonio-area location.

At 4818 Walzem Road, the eatery is neighbored by establishments such as EZPAWN, Frank’s Pollos Asados Los Norteños, and Las Palapas.

For readers who are unfamiliar with the dining concept, Noodles & Dumplings is known for its “fresh, handmade, hand-pulled noodles, authentic Chinese food, dumplings, bao, [and] pulled noodles dishes.”

What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, John Lui, to inquire about the expansion, but he could not provide additional information before publication.

According to the concept’s website, the chain is also planning to add outposts in Lafayette, Las Cruces, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa.

A date has not been set yet for the hard opening, so stay tuned for updates.
