According to a recently submitted permit application, a new taco shop is coming to Boerne.
Taking over a spot at 904 N Main Street, The Rocker Taqueria will land near establishments such as Bella Sera of Boerne, Bumdoodlers Lunch, and Mague’s Cafe.
What Now San Antonio reached out to the concept’s owner, Bertha Herrera, to inquire about the concept, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight.
Renovations to the 3,200-square-foot standalone building began on April 9 and are scheduled to be completed on September 30, costing $50,000 in total.
An opening date has not been announced yet and there is currently no social media or website for the business. Stay tuned for updates.
