Two Greeks Grill is a new, authentic Greek eatery set to make its big debut next Summer. According to a recently filed permit, the new restaurant will open at 1603 North Loop 1604 East Ste. 106.
My San Antonio reports that the location is the former home of the Genghis Grill, a Mongolian food chain that has recently quietly closed its San Antonio locations. The location is now getting another type of grill, and at the helm are a pair of Greek family members. Jerry Kouroumousis and Nick Zaimis are bringing the authentic eatery to the San Antonio community by May 2026, when construction is expected to wrap up.
What Now Houston reached out to the owners to get more details about what’s to come. Kouroumousis confirmed that Two Greeks Grill will be debuting soon in San Antonio, but was unable to share more details before the publication of this article.
While there isn’t much information about Two Greeks Grill available just yet, the new restaurant does already have a Facebook page. Culture Map reports that the Two Greeks Grill is expected to cook up and dish out Greek dishes like lamb chops, kebabs, souvlaki, and whole chickens. Gyros with your choice of pork, chicken, and a lamb and beef blend will also be up for grabs at Two Greeks when it opens its doors next year.
Keep an eye out on the Two Greeks Grill social media page for more details on its opening, and stop by when Two Greeks Grill opens at 1603 North Loop 1604 East Ste. 106 sometime in Summer 2026.
