According to a recently submitted permit application, Umiya Sushi is planning to debut a new outpost in San Antonio.
Coming to 14424 San Pedro Avenue, the eatery will land near establishments such as Alamo Cafe, Milwaukee Tool, and Prosperity Bank.
What Now San Antonio spoke briefly with the concept’s owner, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
Nevertheless, the filing offers further insight, revealing that renovations to the existing 6,660-square-foot space are scheduled to begin on March 16 and finish on May 26, and will cost an estimated $250,000 to complete.
An opening date has not been announced, so stay tuned for updates.
