A one-of-kind swimwear and fashionable, multipurpose apparel brand has opened its first independent store in San Diego at Westfield UTC. LSPACE creates clothing with comfortable fabric and unique patterns and has now opened a new storefront at the mall.
Regular customers as well as first-time customers of the brand can now get a touch and feel of the clothing varieties at the new storefront. The brand was previously available in San Diego through multiple apparel stores.

LSPACE’s New Brick-and-Mortar Storefront
LSPACE has opened its independent new store in 1600 square feet space in Westfield UTC. The store of the premium lifestyle brand officially opened on Thursday, March 20, 2025. LSPACE is among the latest store openings at Westfield UTC.
Creative and Design Vice President of LSPACE, Alissa Bristow, believes that the lively atmosphere and strong community spirit of San Diego make it an ideal choice for the brand’s next store.
After the success of an independent brick-and-mortar store in Newport Beach, now is the time for San Diego. Opening the doors at UTC is the beginning of an exciting journey for shoppers and the brand.
The address for the new Westfield UTC location of LSPACE store is 4525 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite D-28, San Diego. The store hours will be 10 AM to 8 PM from Monday to Saturday and 11 AM to 7 PM on Sunday.
The Grand Opening Event
LSPACE will celebrate its official grand opening on April 5, from noon to 4 PM. The first 20 guests in the line will be given a special gift card. Complimentary drinks and light bites will be provided.
To celebrate the brand’s expansion and kick off the excitement for people, LSPACE will host a College Night for students with valid college IDs. They can visit the store on April 2 for exclusive discounts and giveaways.
Cherry on the cake will be a high-energy ‘Sweat Sesh’ with LSPACE hosted by Jo and Jacqs from Sweat & Tell at the UTC Palm Plaza Lawn. This special event will take place on Sunday, April 6, from 9:30 AM. Once the workout class is over, attendees can shop and sip complimentary coffee. Those interested can purchase a ticket for $23.18.
