  • Major violation of active vermin infestation within the facility.
  • Unclean non-food contact surfaces.
  • Wet wiping cloths were lying in the prep area and not in a sanitizing solution.
  • Out of compliance condition of the floor, walls, and ceiling.

This Chinese restaurant has fusion dishes as well, inspired by Asian, Korean, and Japanese cuisine. On July 31, a health inspection was conducted at this restaurant in San Diego. The following are the issues observed during inspection:

  • Inspectors noted improper temperature control for food items.
  • Food contact surfaces had grease and debris accumulated.
  • Insects and rodents were observed.
  • Personal cleanliness and hygiene were not maintained by the staff.
  • Food items were not stored separately and protected from cross-contamination.
  • Toxic chemicals were stored in the food storage area.
  • The facility lacked adequate facilities for washing utensils and equipment.
