Life Time, the luxury health club chain, is opening its flagship Chula Vista location this December. Located at 1650 Main Street West in Chula Vista, the new club will offer programs for all ages. Some highlights include a resort-style pool deck, an expansive workout floor, and pickleball courts.
Life Time Otay Ranch Launches This December

Life Time’s latest 84,766-square-foot ground-up location in Chula Vista is projected to open in December this year. The two-level club promises to deliver wellness, fitness, and family experience to the Cota Vera community.

We can’t wait to welcome the community to experience everything Life Time has to offer.”

Life Time Otay Ranch offers health and wellness programs designed for every age group.
The club chain brings a 26,000-square-foot workout floor for Otay Ranch locals. Standout offerings are cardio equipment, free weights, resistance-training machines, and 1:1 dynamic personal training.
The Chula Vista facility offers a total of seven indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. These include three indoor courts that are climate-controlled and four outdoor courts for open play, lessons, and clinics.
Residents of San Diego County can use Life Time’s studios for Pilates, GTX, Barre, Yoga/MB360, and group fitness classes headed by experts.
Life Time Otay Ranch’s Alpha training space and fitness floor offer cardio equipment, resistance machines, free weights, and functional training areas for both individual and coached workouts. It also features advanced tools and programs to help Chula Vista locals with stretching, mobility, and performance.
For recreation, the club includes a resort-style outdoor pool deck. Those at the San Diego location can use its leisure pool and waterslides. The deck also features an outdoor bar and dining area.
Life Time Otay Ranch offers residents complimentary access to its work lounge that features a comfortable space to both work and relax pre- and post-workouts.
A Kids Academy at Life Time brings activities, daily youth programming, and guided care for children aged between three months and 12 years. Children can enjoy up to two and a half hours of activities daily, including music, sports, and creative classes.
Otay Ranch locals can get massages, skin care, and more rejuvenating services at LifeSpa’s five treatment rooms. Made-to-order smoothies, coffee, healthy meals, and a full-service bar are presented at LifeCafe.
Luxury wet suites with sauna, steam, cold plunge, and warm spa are offered at men’s, women’s, and family locker rooms. All of these can help Otay Ranch guests in their post-workout recovery.
