An opening ceremony was recently concluded by representatives at Jamul Casino Resort. The ribbon-cutting ceremony featured Chairwoman Erica M. Pinto and attendees including San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria and Supervisor Joel Anderson. Ron Morrison, Mayor of National City, and John McCann, Mayor of Chula Vista, were also present.
