Amore Caffe, a Hillcrest eatery, is set to rebrand as Pink Rose Cafe, according to the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. The aesthetically pleasing cafe, known for its vibrant pink interiors, floral decorations, and photogenic setting, is located in San Diego at 3801 5th Ave.
What Now spoke to one of the coffee bar owners, Rodolfo Salum, who confirmed in a statement that Amore Caffe was indeed rebranding.
“Yes, we are rebranding with a totally different concept, as Pink Rose Cafe,” said Rodolfo.
Pink Rose Cafe currently has one location in La Mesa at 8209 La Mesa Boulevard, making this the company’s second location in San Diego.
The rebranded cafe is likely to be operating before the end of the year, but the official opening date has not yet been made public by the cafe owners.
Amore Caffe currently sells breakfast classics, such as pastries, toast, bagels, and crepes, as well as sandwiches and other lunch options. The cafe also serves different types of ice cream flavors that are available; however, customers can expect a new vibe, or perhaps an updated menu for them to enjoy and nibble on.
The rebrand showcases the company’s evolution and signals an exciting new chapter for locals and tourists to explore, and gives many something new to look forward to in the coming months.
