After recently adding three pizza stands inside the new Snapdragon Stadium, Best Pizza & Brew is planning to expand again. According to a recent permit filing, another spot for quality pizza and craft beer is headed for Downtown Escondido next.
Managing Partner Joey Freis tells What Now San Diego, “Yes we are heading out to Escondido and are super excited!” The team at Best Pizza & Brews are in the early stages of planning the transformation of the 2,400 square-foot unit and former retail space on East Valley Parkway just steps from Grand Avenue.
Open since 2013, Best Pizza & Brews currently operates locations in Cardiff, Carmel Mountain, Mira Mesa, Oceanside, Vista. Although known for their gourmet pizza by the slice, guests can also enjoy fresh salads, loaded sandwiches, wraps, and more. Behind the bar, their restaurants host 10-30 beers on tap to pair with their specialty pizzas and garlic knots.
