This week, Mission Beach-based shop Cor di Gelato announced the closure of its location and pending relocation to Lisboa, Portugal. A recent permit filing places Bobboi Natural Gelato taking over the space steps from Belmont Park.
Founded by Andrea Racca, with creations by Gelato Chef Monica Maccioni, Bobboi Natural Gelato operate a location in La Jolla, and two shops in Little Italy, on Kettner Boulevard and at Little Italy Food Hall.
Bobboi’s artisanal gelato is made in-house daily and includes a rotating list of flavors like Pistachio, Matchatella, Rosehoney, and Charcoal Vanilla, with sorbet and vegan options like Dragon Lemon, and Pure Strawberry.
