Boochcraft, leaders in the hard kombucha category of better-for-you alcoholic beverages, have plans to join Normal Heights in their hometown of San Diego. According to a recent ABC permit filing, the booch experts will move in on Adams Avenue.
Co-Founded by Todd Kent, Adam Hiner, and Andrew Clark, the mission-driven brand brews their product with organic fruit, sourced from local farms. Champions of sustainability, the company donates 1% of their sales to organizations and projects that positively impact the Earth, Farmers, and local communities.
While their main brewing site is located in Chula Vista, Boochcraft also pours their specialty hard kombucha at The Brewer’s Deck atop The Sky Deck at Del Mar Highlands with Northern Pine Brewing.
You can find options like Grapefruit Hibiscus, Strawberry Lemonade, and Apple Jasmine, staying strong at 7% ABV on shelves at your local liquor stores and health food retailers like Sprouts or Whole Foods. The brand bumped up expansion on the East Coast in 2021, while continuing to roll out seasonal flavors and updates.
SanDiegoVille reports that Boochcraft will join the chocolate shop and cacao cafe called Maya Moon Collective, which holds a variety of food and beverage inspired community events in house.
No confirmation yet as to when exactly we can expect Boochcraft to move into Normal Heights but reports currently project a Summer 2022 opening. For now, find updates and information via their Website and Instagram.
