A new business is heading to the Convoy Crossroads Strip Center at 3904 Convoy St.
Retail Insite Broker Brian Pyke, who represented the landlord in the deal, expected the new shop to open sooner rather than later and compared the incoming juice bar to CocoCane in Orange County, which infuses sugar cane into its drinks.
Pyke said, as the name suggest, cane sugar will be heavily used for drinks at Citrus & Cane.
With close proximity to the 52 and 163 freeways and over 16,000 people in a one-mile radius, the new location should be an ideal spot with which to start the new business. Anchored by the Original Pancake House and Wings N Things, Citrus & Cane Co will be moving into suite 119 on the first floor in a 1,157 square foot space, according to lease agreements filed with the city.
It will be replacing a Freeze San Diego in the strip mall.
