Cargo Cafe is a health-minded brand that puts care and consideration toward their customers daily nutrition and overall work-life balance. They are a woman-owned business, operated under co-owners Michelle Coleman and Leticia Barros, who are transparent with their ingredients and aim to maximize health and energy benefits.

The company specializes in cafe services tucked into commercial properties. Cargo Cafe has filed for a permit to install a location amidst a bundle of corporate buildings in Sorrento Valley. This would make for the brand’s fifth location in San Diego and second in the Sorrento Valley Area.

The new property at 10770 Waterridge Circle is about 2 miles up from their 6190 Cornerstone Court location, off Mira Mesa Blvd. New neighbors are mostly in the biomedical and life sciences fields.

Cargo Cafe understands their presence serving customers in a commercial-property setting is a huge asset to these types of businesses. An important benefit, as explained on their website is, “Convenience of not having to travel offsite for coffee, food and snacks, tenants can maximize their rest and meal breaks decreasing stress and increasing work productivity and morale.”

No word yet on an opening date but their new community should soon have access to cafe menu items like superfood smoothies, Cold Brew drinks with MCT Oils, and acai bowls. For more info on Cargo Cafe and their corporate communities, visit their Website.
