Enclave is gearing up for a productive season while preparing two new cafes, expanding their adventurous “Food As Medicine” concept they have built at Juneshine in Scripps Ranch. This week they announced more big plans ahead that will directly support all three locations.
First up, is the soft opening of their new cafe at Gateway at Torrey Hills on 2/22/22. This location will serve a more corporate neighborhood with grab-and-go options in a small cafe setting.
Next, Enclave will open a stand-alone restaurant with indoor and outdoor space in the UTC neighborhood. The UTC restaurant is expected to open March 7, 2022.
Chef Lan Thai, aka Chef Lando, shares in a video posted to the Enclave FAM YouTube this week, “We just acquired a 19-acre farm in Bonsall, CA. It’s located only 30 minutes North of Juneshine Ranch.” She goes on to explain that the farm will provide 80% of the fruits, herbs, and vegetables to the three Enclave Cafes in San Diego.
The farm will eventually host educational retreats, special events, and truly farm-to-table dinners. The land in Bonsall comes with an abundance of citrus trees, avocado trees, and space to potentially serve local communities in need of produce.
